The Cyclo polisher is the best polisher that I have ever owned!  Their exclusive dual orbital action heads feature polishing motions that simulate gentle hand-rubbed polishing quality, only much quicker and with much better results.  The pads are mounted to be free-spinning while the heads rotate in an elliptical pattern, much like the same motion you would see if you were polishing by hand. 

The Cyclo's innovative design eliminates the main problem that plagues rotary polishers - heat build-up that can cause visible burns, gouges and swirls.  This design makes it very difficult, if not almost impossible, to burn through paint on edges or cause swirl marks.  The Cyclo polisher is one of the safest and easiest to use polishers on the market.

Your Cyclo polisher is designed to be as vibration free as possible.  Cyclo's VES (Vibration Elimination System) design utilizes weights screwed into the heads matching the proper amount of counterweight to the Cyclo accessory.  By simply matching the correct VES weighted insert to the intended attachment system configuration - head assemblies with rubber pad holders or bonnets, carpet and scrub brushes, or the Quick Connect Adapters with the DoublePrecision pads, or other Genuine Cyclo attachments - you can nearly eliminate all vibration.

Use the longer, heavier yellow weights for the rubber pad holders with velcro backing that utilizes the velcro backed accessories as well as for any of the pad covers and bonnets.  Use the shorter, lighter silver weights for the brushes or with the DoublePrecision adapter and pads.  To screw in the weights, simply use the hex wrench that is supplied with the polisher.

These rubber pads are needed in order for the foam pads to attach to the 4" polisher heads.  The pad holders fit like a sock over each of the polisher heads and have velcro hooks on the exposed flat surface for attaching the foam and fastcut pads.

This superfine Cyclo pad, with a very high pore count of 100ppi (pores per inch), is used for final buffing to a showroom shine after polishing with other pads is complete.  Excellent for applying sealants and buffing out wax.

Cyclo's blue pad, rated at 80ppi, is perfect for lightly polishing just about any surface.  Just slightly more aggresive than our white finishing pad, this one performs extraordinarily well for applying wax and polish for a fine gloss finish or even to remove mild swirl marks.

This coarse nylon pad is strong, durable and specifically designed for rough surface areas.  Polishes aluminum diamond plate, pitted aluminum, chrome, even glass.  Attaches to the velcro hook face of the rubber pad holder.

A unique, ultrafine, cushioned abrasive disc with a Velcro backing for easy attachment.  Use these abrasive disc's for wet sanding your ride's finish to remove those deeper scratches and abrasions or for simply smoothing the paint for that ultra reflective shine.  Requires the use of the ProShine Interface Pad (below) with its double faced Velcro that is placed between the discs and the Cyclo Rubber Pad Holder.

Required for the use of the ProShine Discs.  A medium density foam pad that has "hook & loop" material on both sides.  One side attaches to the Cyclo Rubber Pad Holder and the ProShine Discs attach to the other side.  Provides a firm, yet flexible backing mount for the ProShine Discs.  (Requires 2 Interface Pads)

Required for the use of the ProShine Discs with the DoublePrecision system.  The green medium density foam pad has "hook & loop" material on one side.  This "hook & loop" side attaches to the ProShine Discs.  Provides a firm, yet flexible backing mount for the ProShine Discs.  (Requires 2 Interface Pads)

These patented foam pads are made from the very finest quality foam.  Measuring 4” across and 1.75” thick, these pads are 2 —  sided and snap on and off of your polisher using a hexagonal metal quick connect adapter.  A tough plastic plate in the middle of the pads help them to keep their shape and acts as the connecting point for the quick connect adapters. 

As the pads click onto the adapter, they are perfectly centered for each use.  Better centering means improved balance resulting in an improved user feel and an even better polishing action.  It also eliminates any possibility of the pads bumping into one another during use.  Use both sides of these pads by simply releasing the pad from the adapter, turn the pad over and place it back onto the adapter.  It’s like getting 2 pads in one.  There are no other special head assemblies or Velcro rubber pad holders required for this set up.  Instead, each machine needs to be equipped, just one time, with a pair of metal quick connect adapters.

This adapter has a 5/16” male thread that screws into the rotating arms on the Cyclo or other polisher.  The DoublePrecision™ Pads are simply placed onto the adapter and pressed down until you hear a ’click’ indicating that they are now locked into position.  To remove the DoublePrecision™ Pads, simply press the quick disconnect button on the end of the adapter to release the pads and slide them off.  Only one set of the Quick Connect Adapters are required per polisher.  (Requires 2 Per Polisher)

A very fine, 2 - sided pad that is excellent for applying that final finish of wax or sealants.  Use both sides by simply releasing the pad from the adapter, turn over and place it back onto the adapter.  (Requires 2 Pads)
