I've been doing detailing "professionally" for about 3 years.  Some of the products I use at work don’t impress me one bit.  I mean, we are not using YOUR products.  Which I will say, impress me ALOT.  . . . I love your products, especially your soap.  Oddly enough, it's hard to find an awesome soap.  Megs Gold Class is so so but Rick, you got that soap down to a t.

Thanks for the e-mail newsletter I really appreciate getting it.  A little testimony.  I had kept the Blazer washed when we were at my daughters home for 2 months but have failed to keep up with it when we were moving.  I shamefully had not washed it for a month.  Thursday I decided it was clean up time.  I spent about 6 hours cleaning the inside and out "with of course"  Rick's Best quality products and we went to my wife's cousin this AM and her husband asked if I had just WAXED the Blazer.  I said I had done nothing but used Rick's Best car wash soap.  He was IMPRESSED and wanted to know WHO this Rick guy was so I had to explain so I may have to bring him back some next time we are up. I will give him some of mine to use this fall.  Keep up the good work!
 

Thank you for the latest shipment of Rick's Best One Step Cleaner Wax, which arrived on time and in good condition.  My compliments on the use of cardboard strips as packing - very effective and light weight.  I have not encountered this method before.

By the way, I use the cleaner/wax in our home to clean and shine our synthetic-surface tubs and showers.  Mostly I use Rick's Best as the final coat for table tops and other wood surfaces once I already have applied multiple layers of conditioner/stain/acrylic or poly, etc.  Once I "rub out" the dust nibs, brush strokes, and other imperfections in traditional wood finishes, I buff with Rick's Best (usually two applications) for a consistent, attractive and reasonably water-resistant final shine.  I recently did this with a large conference table I restored for a client.  Thanks!

I just wanted to say thank-you for your Fabric Protector.  I had applied it to the interior of my new truck a couple of months ago and a couple of weeks ago my son accidentally spilled his orange soda in the truck.  It got on the seat and carpet.  My first thought was "Oh no, now there will be stains.”  I was able to grab a towel and mop it up and was amazed to find that it did not soak into the fabric at all!  I was so grateful that I had applied the Rick's Best Fabric Protectant and was very amazed at how well it worked.  It is so nice to use a product that actually works!  Thanks again!

Rick, I've never seen anything like it, washed my Escort this morning using the Rick's Best Ride Wash Wax Fortified.  The outside looks like it's just been waxed, and it was simple and easy for the old man. 

Plus, I know that you already know this, but the Rick's Best General Purpose Cleaner I got from you yesterday REALLY works.  I used it on the drivers door where you rest your arm.  I have not been able to get it clean but a couple of shots of the cleaner really did the job.  Great products.
